  We left our two Bedlington terriers and two cats with them for 4 nights. At drop off the lady who admitted them could not have seemed less interested if she had tried. I explained that one of my two was 11 years old going blind and deaf and not to let her off the lead, as she struggles to see where she is going, we also left her with medication and some treats designed to put her tablets in. I also left a bag of their own food to have during the stay. Again the lady did not ask any information about them or write anything down i said about them. We then arrived back to pick them up, no information was given at discharge i had to ask how they had been, i was told they were fine and nothing to report. I then had to ask for the medication and food to be given back, they said they did not have the full bag of treats that we had left for her medication and had just been using hot dog. I had also left my cat with his own dry food and a full box of felix pouches to give him if he did not eat his food, they said they had given him them and had non left, which would mean that he had eaten 12 pouches in 5 days and also all of his dry food! i think not. Then to top it off when we got home one of the Bedlingtons was limping, we took her to the vets the next morning and she had to be put on pain relief for a suspected sprain injury. Upon ringing the kennels to ask if they know how it may have happened they said they did not and also said that squiggle had been running around in the field, which we know is a lie as squiggle has never run off lead she is just not the type of dog to do it and also we had specified to not let her off the lead! Really impersonal experience and for a business in the pet industry looking after loved animals, its shocking to see the level of ignorance shown, i will never use again. Very very disappointed avoid!!
