- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Its just taken me nearly 1 hour to book an appointment. After repeatedly trying the number so I can actually get put into a queue and not and engaged tone, I then wait for 31mins to speak to someone who asks if I want and appointment for today or a different day. Then I'm put into another queue to speak to the person who books appointments where I then wait for another 25mins! I'm sorry but I don't think this is good enough.by Simon ThompsonApril 20, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have always had great service here, from diagnosis of gall stones to a health check that discovered a lump. Calling up first thing to get an appointment is excellent as you speak to a doctor who can either offer you an appointment or write a perception for you so you don't have to visit the centre.
